Application for School Developer Fees Certificate of Compliance
If you have a qualifying residential project and are deferring your fees, complete the Application for Certificate of Acknowledgment. Then complete the Application for Certificate of Compliance prior to Certificate of Occupancy.

A separate application is required for each property address, including those with multiple units on the same parcel, such as ADUs and SB9 projects.
