Continue with this Application only if the project qualifies as a Designated Residential Development per Senate Bill 937 and you want to defer your fees. Official City Form must include the qualifying designation.

If this project does not meet the Designated Residential Development requirements, do not continue with this application and continue with the Application for Certificate of Compliance.

Residential Additions do not qualify for a deferral of fees. If you have a residential addition, please go directly to the Application for Certificate of Compliance.

A separate application is required for each property address including those with multiple units (A, B, C, 1, 2, 3)

An Application for Certificate of Compliance is required to be submitted and fees paid prior to Certificate of Occupancy or Final Permit.
